At Siete Studio, we strive to provide an exceptional shipping and delivery experience for you.

Upon accepting an order, we will confirm the estimated shipment or delivery timeframe, which may be subject to change depending on the destination as we ship globally.

Please note that Siete Studio and our shipping partners cannot be held liable for any loss or damage if you authorise the courier to leave the goods with a third party or unattended at a location of your choice.

We reserve the right to charge additional costs for unexpected access requirements or if the designated site is not prepared to receive the goods on the agreed date. Failure to provide us with the necessary instructions, documents, licences, or authorizations may result in additional invoiced costs.

For international deliveries, any taxes or duties incurred once the goods leave our hands are the responsibility of the recipient. Our shipment and delivery services operate between 9 am to 5 pm (GMT), Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

White Glove Service and Front Door Delivery are available upon request, please note this service will increase costs significantly.

All Siete Studio products are made to order. Our current estimated lead times are as follows:

Mexico: 6-8 weeks
Rest of the world: 10-12 weeks

Product Care

To ensure your Siete Studio piece performs at its best; you will need to give it some care and attention. Our products are designed to last and be handed down to next generations. Please take note of the following care instructions that are relevant to your piece.

Please note the recommendations in this document are intended as a guide only and Siete Studio  does not assume responsibility or liability as results may vary.

All products

Do not locate your products in areas that are exposed to direct sunlight, moisture and fluctuating temperatures. Surface degradation and the structural integrity of the product will be compromised. No warranty claim will be valid if this is not adhered to. Siete Studio products are intended for indoor use only. No warranty claim will be valid if products are used outdoors. Avoid use of all abrasive cleaning products, oils and other polishes unless specifically recommended in these guidelines.

Wood

Natural Timber

Treat spills and stains as soon as possible. Remove dust and dirt regularly with a soft cloth. For persistent marks use a soft damp cloth with a touch of water only – wipe in the direction of the timber’s natural grain to prevent any cross scratching.. Do not place hot objects or unglazed ceramics directly on table surfaces as these may scratch and cause permanent marks. If any polishing is necessary to restore the timber lust (Eg. Tabletops) use a polish such as Teak Wax.

Timber: painted or stained finish

A protective lacquer is applied to all painted/stained finishes however further sensitivity needs to be applied than products with a natural finish. Treat spills and stains immediately. Wipe down the area with a soft slightly dampened cloth. Wipe in the direction of the natural grain to prevent any cross-scratching. Avoid hard rubbing and scrubbing as this may cause the colour to become streaky dulling in some areas. Dry in shade away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not place hot objects or unglazed ceramics directly on table surfaces as these may scratch and cause permanent marks.

Timber: scratches

A product called ‘Scratch Out’ can restore surface scratches. Use this product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Timber: minor dents

Coloured wax sticks can be used to repair minor dents on natural timber finishes. Heat the wax colour that is the closest match to the timber and apply to the dented area. For painted and stained timber contact Siete Studio for colour codes and application advice.

Brass:

Remove dust with a soft cloth or feather duster regularly. The Natural Brass finish will develop a patina over time. If you wish to restore the shine use Brasso with a soft cloth or handy towel. Follow Brasso directions closely – Take care near leather and timber as Brasso will stain. The alternative brass finishes do not need any further care. Please choose the Natural Brass finish for Siete Studio ceiling pendants and chandeliers carefully. These are delicate products and the application of polishing products is not recommended – damage may occur easily. Always use coasters on the Line Side Table brass top to avoid scratches.

Glass:

To clean mirror glass and globes, use either handy towels or a glass-specific cloth with glass cleaning spray to achieve the best results. Wipe quickly. You may need to repeat this process several times for stubborn smudges. Use coasters to avoid scratches on glass table tops.

Powder-coated steel and aluminium:

Some Siete Studio lamps have powder-coated metal parts. Remove dust and dirt regularly with a soft damp cloth. An eco-friendly multi-purpose spray can be used occasionally for stubborn marks. Avoid excessive rubbing as this may cause the colour to dull in some areas.

Marble / Travertine:

Wipe all spills immediately. Use a gentle cleaner such as a mild detergent – Avoid acidic, abrasive and powdered cleaners as these may etch the surface. Buff the surface with a chamois. Always use coasters to avoid scratches and marks..

Fabrics:

Siete prides itself on utilizing materials exclusively sourced from the highest-end suppliers. Our fabrics are carefully selected, featuring a luxurious blend of velvet and teflon compositions. Protect from direct and strong reflected sunlight to avoid fading. Do not rub stains – professional cleaning only is recommended. Vacuum fabric regularly to remove dust on a low suction setting.

Woven Fabric Flex:

Once installed, our fabric-covered cords may begin to collect dust. To remove this dust, we recommend gently dabbing the cord with a damp cloth to remove dust particles. Avoid rubbing, as this could cause visible damage to the fibres surrounding the cord.

Terms & Conditions

Conformity to description:

Upon purchase of a Siete piece, the purchaser accepts that Siete Studio products are handcrafted from natural materials. While Siete performs every effort to conform to description – slight variations in size, finish and material performance including flexing may occur. There can be no control of irregularities in colour, grain, veining or texture of products that include glass, brass, timber, marble or leather. Sales collateral such as material samples, photographs, drawings and any other particulars associated or involved in the sale of the goods, is used for reference purposes only. We will not be liable for any such variances or inconsistencies. We are constantly developing and refining our pieces. Due to this some design alterations may occur that differ from the photographs and specifications provided.

Cancellations, returns and refunds:

Order is final once invoice payment has been made. Please choose carefully, as all of our pieces are hand made to order. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Inspection of all products is required on delivery or if the item is picked-up, same day inspection is expected. Notification of any damages or shortages in performance is required within 48 hours to your sales representative. Damages and shortages will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

If a return is agreed upon between both parties, you agree to return the Goods in their original condition and original sealed packaging to our nominated returns store or depot. If failure to do so and damage is incurred in transit to Siete, all costs will be directed to you and payment must be fulfilled within 48 hours from notification.

Refunds for the dissatisfaction with colour, grain, veining or texture of wood, marble and leather because of natural variations of which Siete has no control, will not be accepted. Siete only chooses from the top 10% of these materials. Presence of such irregularities and subtle imperfections are evidence of the handmade. This must be accepted before the Sale is processed

General:

These terms apply between Siete and the person named on a quotation, sales order, or invoice regarding the purchase of goods from us, subject to an agreement. Orders made over the phone, via email, or through our representatives are subject to these terms. It is necessary to accept the terms for orders to be processed. No other terms and conditions apply to this agreement.

Definitions:

Agreement:Refers to the contract between us and you for the sale and purchase of goods.

Goods: Denotes the physical goods agreed upon by both parties to be supplied by us to you.

Quotation: Refers to the form, tender, or quotation submitted by us to you regarding the goods.

Invoice: Denotes the sales invoice issued by us to you, which is subject to these terms and conditions.

QUOTATIONS & INVOICES

Quotations are valid for 30 days or other period as stated on the Quotation.

Quotations are not an obligation to sell the Goods specified.

Invoices are valid for 14 days only. Please contact your sales person to discuss should your Invoice be no longer valid. (Decide on date for everyone to use)

Invoices incur full expectation that the payment will be carried out. Payment amount will be specified on the Invoice.

For international orders, shipping cost will be specified to you on both the Quotation and Invoice but this does not include any duties or taxes incurred once the Goods have been shipped. See Delivery Terms for further details.

Order Confirmation and Amendments:

Once the agreed payment has been received in Siete’s account, your order will be considered accepted, and we will proceed with processing the order based on the corresponding invoice. Any requests for subsequent changes must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please note that there is no guarantee that the requested change can be accommodated.

Price:

All prices for goods are dependent on the location of purchase.

For all international orders, invoices do not include GST.

Unless stated otherwise in writing by us, the prices quoted in a quotation or invoice exclude delivery, installation, insurance in transit, handling charges, or any other charges related to the goods.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection Law” and/or “Law”) and its Regulations, through this Privacy Notice, SIETE STUDIO SPACE & SCULPTURE S.A. DE C.V. informs its current and future customers, as well as the users of the website “www.siete-studio.com” (the “Website”), about the personal data that will be collected, as well as the purposes of the processing to which the personal data in question will be subjected and the mechanisms to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of said personal data.

Identity and address of the data controller.

SIETE STUDIO SPACE & SCULPTURE S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter referred to as the “RESPONSIBLE”), with address at Calle Acapulco 33, Roma Norte, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

Collected personal data.

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, “Personal Data” shall be understood as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, while “Sensitive Personal Data” shall be understood as personal data that affects the most intimate sphere of the data subject or whose misuse could give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to the data subject.

The Personal Data collected by the RESPONSIBLE consists of: (i) identification data; (ii) contact information; (iii) credit or debit card number and identification and contact information related to such bank cards. The RESPONSIBLE does not process Sensitive Personal Data.

The RESPONSIBLE will only collect and process Personal Data of individuals over 18 years of age, with full legal capacity to bind themselves and to provide their informed and free consent.

Purpose of the processing of your personal data.

The collection, use, access, handling, administration, exploitation, disclosure, or storage (hereinafter referred to as “Processing”) of your Personal Data will be carried out for the following purposes:

Primary purposes:

Identification and identity verification.

Managing the registration as a user of the Website and purchases of products made through it.

Handling complaints, suggestions, and comments from customers and users of the Website.

Providing information about our products and services, as well as newsletters, communications, news, and newsletters.

Creating databases of our customers and users of the website.

In addition, please note that you can limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Data by registering in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, managed by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.

Means and procedures to exercise your rights regarding your Personal Data.

As the data subject, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify your personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete, cancel your personal data, and oppose the processing thereof (hereinafter referred to as “ARCO Rights”).

You may exercise your ARCO Rights by submitting a written ARCO Rights Request to the email address [email protected]. In any case, the ARCO Rights Request must contain the following: (i) the data subject’s name and address or means to communicate the respective response; (ii) documents proving your identity, or, where applicable, that of your legal representative; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights; and (iv) documents or elements that facilitate the location of the respective personal data.

The RESPONSIBLE will process the ARCO Rights Requests it receives, provided that they comply with the minimum requirements set forth in the preceding paragraph. The RESPONSIBLE will communicate the determination adopted within a period of 20 days, counted from the date on which the ARCO Rights Request was received, in order for such determination to become effective within 15 days following the date of communication of the response to the respective ARCO Rights Request.

Likewise, you may revoke the consent you have granted to the RESPONSIBLE for the processing of your Personal Data. In this regard, it is important to note that processing will be terminated immediately, as not in all cases will it be possible to comply with your request or conclude that there may be legal obligations on the part of the RESPONSIBLE, resulting from which it is necessary to continue processing your Personal Data.

To revoke your consent, you must submit a Revocation of Consent Request to the email address [email protected]. The RESPONSIBLE will process your Revocation of Consent Request provided that it contains the following: (i) the data subject’s name and address or means to communicate the respective response; (ii) documents proving your identity, or, where applicable, that of your legal representative; and (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you revoke your consent. The deadlines for responding to Revocation of Consent Requests will be the same as those provided for the exercise of ARCO Rights.

The RESPONSIBLE has implemented administrative, physical, and technical security measures in order to safeguard your Personal Data from potential security breaches, such as unauthorised loss or destruction, theft, unauthorised copying, use, access, or processing, as well as unauthorised damage, alteration, or modification. Medios y procedimientos para Acceder, Rectificar, Cancelar, Oponerse, limitar el Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales.

Como titular, usted tiene derecho de acceder a sus datos personales, rectificar sus datos personales cuando sean inexactos o estén incompletos; cancelar sus datos personales, así como oponerse al tratamiento de los mismos (en lo sucesivo denominados como “Derechos ARCO”).

Usted podrá ejercer sus Derechos ARCO mediante la presentación por escrito de una Solicitud de Derechos ARCO en la dirección de correo electrónico [email protected] . En todo caso, la Solicitud de Derechos ARCO deberá contener lo siguiente: (i) nombre del titular y domicilio o medios para comunicarle la respuesta respectiva; (ii) documentos que acrediten su identidad, o en su caso, la de su representante legal; (iii) descripción clara y precisa de los datos personales respecto de los cuales busca ejercer alguno de los Derechos ARCO; y (iv) documentos o elementos que faciliten la localización de los datos personales respectivos.

El RESPONSABLE comunicará la determinación adoptada en un plazo de 20 días, contados desde la fecha en que se hubiere recibido la Solicitud de Derechos ARCO, a efecto de que dicha determinación se haga efectiva dentro de los 15 días siguientes a la fecha de comunicación de la respuesta a la Solicitud de Derechos ARCO respectiva.

Asimismo, usted podrá revocar el consentimiento que hubiere otorgado al RESPONSABLE para el Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales. Al respecto, resulta importante señalar el Tratamiento de manera inmediata, ya que no en todos los casos se podrá atender su solicitud o concluir que podrían existir obligaciones legales a cargo del RESPONSABLE, derivado de las cuales requiera continuar el Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales.

Para revocar su consentimiento, usted deberá presentar una Solicitud de Revocación de Consentimiento en la dirección de correo electrónico [email protected]. El RESPONSABLE tramitará su Solicitud de Revocación de Consentimiento siempre que dicha solicitud contenga lo siguiente: (i) nombre del titular y domicilio o medios para comunicarle la respuesta respectiva; (ii) documentos que acrediten su identidad, o en su caso, la de su representante legal; y (iii) descripción clara y precisa de los datos personales respecto de los cuales revoca su consentimiento. Siete Studio stands behind the quality of its pieces and provides the following warranty terms and conditions applicable to all Siete Studio pieces. This warranty covers items from both the exclusive Made by Siete Studio range and any collaborations.

In order to proceed with a warranty claim, it is essential to provide proof of purchase, ensuring the claim is made by the original purchaser. At times, images and evidence of manufacturing faults or defects may be required. To ensure the validity of your warranty claim, please carefully review the following guidelines before initiating the process.

To file a claim, we kindly ask you to reach out to us at [email protected] or contact the representative where you originally purchased the product. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving any warranty-related matters.

Siete Studio ensures that all pieces sold are free from manufacturing faults and defects for a period of 24 months from the original delivery date.

Please note that the warranty guarantee does not cover:

– Any breakage caused by negligent and/or improper use of the goods.

– Changes resulting from normal wear and tear.

– Damage caused by lack of and/or incorrect maintenance. For detailed care instructions.

– Damage resulting from accidents or external forces.

– Degradation of finish caused by environmental factors.

Lighting:

Siete Studio provides a 3-year warranty for all lighting pieces. This warranty covers the workmanship and finish of materials for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, subject to normal use and care in an appropriate location. Please note that the warranty is not valid if joint separation or material surface degradation occurs due to the product being exposed to direct sunlight, moisture, or fluctuating temperatures. The Natural Brass finish will naturally develop a patina over time. When selecting this finish, please consider that the appearance of the material will change from its initial state, as this is a natural process of raw brass

Timber:

A 5-year warranty covers the structural integrity of Siete Studio timber pieces. Please note that any surface abrasions or dents must be reported immediately upon arrival of your purchase in order to be covered by the warranty. It is essential to unpack all created pieces as soon as possible after receiving them. Failure to do so within five calendar days from the receipt of the piece will release Siete from liability for any surface abrasions, dents, or bent wood.

To report damage, we may request a selection of images. Please understand that all wood products are handcrafted using carefully selected timbers suitable for their intended use. Wood is a natural resource that can and will change with environmental variables. We cannot provide a warranty for bending or twisting caused by humidity, pressure, or fluctuating temperatures. Additionally, no warranty will be accepted if damage due to sun, heat, or environmental exposure is the visible cause.

Fabric:
1 Year

Siete Studio carefully selects fabric that is suitable for each pieces intended use, meeting stringent standards. Please refer to our terms for further details regarding these materials. Warranty claims will not be accepted unless the damage is visibly caused by mishandling prior to transfer. For fabric, warranty will only be considered if obvious surface damage is visible and reported upon arrival.

Upholstery:
5 Years

All Siete Studio pieces are upholstered by skilled artisans. The warranty applies when the product has been used appropriately and in accordance with its intended function. Any fabric pulls observed between seams and/or cording must be reported upon receiving the product. We may request images for assessment.

If there are any faults with your purchase upon receipt of the goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Failure to do so may risk voiding your warranty.

Requests & Modfifications

Siete Studio offers custom/bespoke modifications to existing product collections subject to Siete Studio approval.

Requests for custom/bespoke pieces outside our existing ranges prompt a more comprehensive submission and approval.

All requests must be submitted and approved in writing.

Siete Studio has the right to decline all submissions.
